Hi anxious friends!
I wanted to share some tools I’ve found with the anxious community that could benefit from them. Technically anyone could benefit from these resources, but I particularly found them helpful to get my anxiety under control, and learn how to kick anxiety’s ass! 🙂 I’ll also share some thoughts and other strategies I’ve found along the way in my blog.
Equip your tool belt with tactics, strategies and resources that speak to you. Make them readily available to you at all times (bookmark websites, etc.) so you get in the habit of using them regularly, and have them easy to access on your tougher days– to kick anxiety’s ass!
